Kozo's "popular menu item" is the "rich offal stew" made with plenty of fresh pork offal, the "signature seared mackerel" which drips with fat and crackles when grilled, the Tottori Daisen chicken hot pot, and the "chef's choice grilled skewers" of pork delivered fresh that morning. We offer a variety of dishes, and we will prepare them to suit the customer's preferences in terms of "quality" and "volume".
